SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS

    • Free shipping is granted to orders costing over $250 USD, €200 or £200 pounds.
    • We provide international shipping for overseas purchases.
    • Packages are shipped using DHL.
    • In-store collection is available for customers within Kenya.

    PAYMENT METHODS

      • The online Giraffe Manor Shop accepts Visa and MasterCard for credit card payments.
      • Payment total includes shipping fees.
      • Payment total will be charged to your card once the order is shipped for in-store purchases.
      • Shipping prices depend on the customers shipping address. 

    EXCHANGES RETURNS AND REFUNDS

    Goods can be returned if they are found faulty, in which case the customer will be refunded the full amount excluding postage. The customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns. Shipping and handling fees of the original purchase is non-refundable. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.

    With a receipt or invoice, you can return merchandise to us by mail and receive a online store credit. Please note that your original receipt or invoice must be included. Please package your return in the original box if possible. If you bought a product as part of a set, the entire set must be returned to receive a refund. We cannot accept returns on: gift cheques or gift cards, gifts with purchase items, or product samples.
